Monsters

I have been neglecting this blog. I knew this would happen, as I am sure it will happen again. The good news is that while I have not been posting to this space I have been collecting things to post, so I will be trying to put as many of them up as soon as possible.

First, I thought I would share a couple of paintings that I recently fell in love with:

Artists Chris McMahon (Fig.1) and Thryza Segal (Fig. 2) have injected monsters into discarded paintings they found at thrift stores! How creative!! They paint in (as close to) the original tone of the painting so the monsters look like they are part of the original painting.
